For technical support with registration issues, click on 'Contact Us' above and complete the Technical Support request form. Due to Federal privacy regulations, Mutual Medical Plans cannot respond to membership, claim or benefit inquiries submitted via email. Any such requests will be immediately deleted.
Electronic eligibility and claim status inquiries for Plans administered by Mutual Medical Plans are available via Passport OneSource. Web-based inquiries are supported as well as the 270/271 (eligibility) and 276/277 (claim status) transaction sets.
Existing Passport OneSource users must requrest access to the Mutual Medical Plans payer data. Log into the Passport OneSource website to request access to a payer or contact Passport at 866-854-6796 for support.
